This is Jerry's 1955 Chevy after we installed the stroker motor and trans. This car is a sweet driver! The motor is pretty much broken in and we are waiting for Jerry to "open her up" to see what she can do. Jerry has asked me many times to take her for a spin . . . I always refuse because I know I could get in trouble with this car. The engine compartment is clean and the new motor looks great under the hood. This is a shot of the top end of the original motor right before we pulled it out. This is the old clutch and pressure plate. We will clean and re-paint the bell housing prior to reinstalling. The engine and trans are pulled . . . now we need to clean and paint the engine compartment. This is a shot after we installed the new stroker motor and 4 speed trans. The new Centerforce dual-friction clutch and pressure plate look good inside the freshly painted bell housing. This 55 received all new front and rear mounts. We are close to firing this baby up! While we were at it, we corected some wiring issues under the dash.
